Cheryl and Jordan are a millennial couple with an adventurous love story. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to capture their super fun adventure engagement photography weekend.
Millennials are getting engaged and married right. They are adding zest and character to the wedding and engagement scene and it is an absolutely incredible time to be a wedding photographer. There are endless opportunities for creative and original works of wedding and engagement art. Millennials are bringing all aspects of themselves into their engagements and weddings and showing the world their true colors.
Cheryl and Jordan live in the Bay Area and are self proclaimed weekend warriors. Basically, they regularly fight their way out of the city and into the wilderness for weekend getaways. Obviously, Cheryl and Jordan want their true love story reflected in their engagement photos. They want their passion for the outdoors front and center in their lives and now they have images that reflect their actual future lives together.
Our adventure engagement photography experience:
Cheryl booked a little hipcamp site at the First Rain Farm. We met at 3:00 pm on Sunday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. Cheers to the Farm! The hot showers, and clean restroom facilities are a vision of rustic boho chic and a lifestyle photographers dream. The tent platforms make this stay a delightful and laid back camping experience. As for camping with Jordan and Cheryl… we basically hung out together. I had the honor of weaving their love story from our activities. What makes an extended weekend photography session so rich is the opportunity to capture the special moments that reflect the personality of each individual.
